Honeoye: At age 69, Herb passed away on July 6, 2024, at home with his family by his side. He was born on December 31, 1954, to the late Herbert E. and Rosemarie (Martino) Babcock. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother Joe Babcock. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Roxann (Stagnitto) Babcock, daughters, Janelle (Kevin) Beyea, Audra (Sean) Fallon, son, Hank Babcock, grandchildren, Michael Grandy, Devin Beyea, Brendan Beyea, Alex Beyea, Antonia Fallon, Sean Fallon, Cecilia Fallon and his beloved dog Dolly.

Herb enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and Sunday drives in his 1953 Chevy pickup. His joy was watching his grandkids race their go-carts at the track on weekends.
