Gates: At age 75, Somphith passed away at Strong Memorial Hospital surrounded by his family on Friday, June 14, 2024, at 11:46 PM. He was born on May 14, 1949, in Salavan, Salavan, Laos to the late Khoun and Phanh Phichith.Survived by his beloved wife, Anna Phouvieng Phichith, children: Santi (Hillel), Vanmany, Christian (Jacqueline), Caterina (Robert) and grandchildren: Skyler, Bodhi, Alexander, Vivienne, and Grayson.
Friends and family are invited to Somphith’s Funeral Service from 1:00 – 4:00 PM on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home, 21 Big Tree Street in Livonia, NY. Interment will take place privately at Wat Pa Lao Buddhadham Temple in West Henrietta, NY. We worked with Sam at Valeo. He was a hard working man.He cherished Anna and his children. He always talked about his family, he was so proud. We had alot of fun at work. He was always with a smile on his face. We would get together occasionally a group of us from work. It was always great times when we would see each other. He will be missed. May He RIP
