Honeoye: At age 29, Jennifer passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 in Rochester, NY. She was born in Rochester, NY. Jennifer is predeceased by her sister, Mandi L. Abrams. Survived by her father, Bryan L. Abrams, her mother, Heather Abrams; and her siblings, Richard Van Epps, Jeffrey Van Epps, Cheri (Enrique) Bocanegra, Troy Nageldinger, and Bryan Abrams Jr, along with several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
