Canandaigua:  At age 73, Loretta passed away on Monday, July 13, 2020 at her home in Canandaigua.  She was born in Rochester, NY to the late Henry and Loretta Britton.  Loretta was predeceased by her husband; Gene L. Proper Sr. and her daughter; Tammy M. Proper.  Survived by her children; Teresa (Tom) Ferguson, Gene L. Proper Jr., Cindy S. Proper, her brothers; Kenneth (Lynn) Britton, Henry (Marlene) Britton, her grandchildren; Joel Foti, Jessica Foti, Dylan Ferguson, and Jennifer (Jay) Tosco, and her great grandson; Mateo Tosco, along with several nieces and nephews.

Friends and family are invited to call on Monday, July 20, 2020 from 3PM to 6PM at the Kevin W.
