  1. Nancy,Lyn and Family- So sorry for your loss. John such a nice man. Thought and prayers to you all.

  2. My condolences to all of John’s family. John was good friends with my older brother, Bill Schmidt. He and Bill hunted together and in 1959 joined the army together on the “buddy” system. I will always remember John at the house in his 40-something black Ford convertible with the zebra upholstery. It was quite a car. Then upon returning from the army, John bought a 1962 black chevy 409, which was quite a car too. Being 9 years younger than the “boys”, I loved being around them, teasing and all. Fond memories… May you all find comfort and peace in your fond memories.

  3. Nancy and family; I was sad to read of John’s passing. You have all been wonderful neighbors for 26 years on Coe Road. John will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him; he was a one of a kind fellow for sure. May the Good Lord comfort your hearts with the fond family memories you have shared with John. God Bless you all.
