Conesus Lake: November 25, 2014 at age 75 years. Predeceased by parents Henry & Alice Burk and his brother Ronald Burk. Survived by his wife of 53 years Geraldine (Masten) Burk. Children; Janet (Bill) Povey of Shrewsbury, NJ, Susan (Kevin) Crosson of Arkport, Henry (Jill) Burk of Port Washington, NY. Grandchildren; Katie, Nicole, and Jack Povey, Kevin, Samantha, and Steven Crosson, and Brandon Burk. Sister Margaret Flomer of Danville, PA. Nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Henry was born on September 27, 1939 in the Bronx, NY to parents Henry & Alice (Wills) Burk. Henry married Geraldine (Masten) Burk in 1961 and they started their family. They lived in Port Washington, NY for over 25 years. In 1979 Henry started Phoenix Color in Long Island City. He was a part owner and senior vice president until his retirement in 1997. He was a Mason in the Paumanok-Port Washington Lodge # 0855 for over 35 years. Henry loved hunting, golfing, and he was an avid fan of the NY Yankees, the Giants, and the Rangers. Above all Henry loved and enjoyed spending time with Geri, their children, and grandchildren.

Family and friends may call on Friday, November 28th, from 2-4 & 6-8pm at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home Inc., 21 Big Tree Street, Rte 15 & 20A, Livonia, where services will be held on Saturday at 11am. Burial Union Cemetery in Scottsburg.
