Sante Fe, New Mexico/Livonia, NY: At age 74, Georgia Callahan passed peacefully on August 31, 2023 at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Sante Fe, NM. She was born on June 4, 1949 in Warsaw, NY to the late John and Vita (Palermo) Callahan. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her sister Martha Wheat. Survived by brothers; Joe (Rita King) Callahan of Avon and Jack (Linda) Callahan of TN; nieces, nephews, and friends.

My condolences to Georgia’s family. Georgia was a close friend to my sister Mary Cicero in their high school days and I fondly remember the two of them playing guitars together and singing 60s folk songs. My sister passed back in ’79 and I hope they meet up again to sing together in the next plain.
