William “Billy” R. Frank ~ May 9, 2023

Williamson:  At age 60, Billy passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at his home in Williamson.  He was born in Rochester, NY on January 31, 1963 to the late Richard and Erna Frank.  He is also predeceased by his brother, Jimmy Frank and his nephew Ryan Frank.  Survived by his brother, Rich Frank (Bonnie), his sister-in-law, JoJo Frank, along with nephews Aaron, Jeff, and Brandon (Felicia) Frank, also aunts, uncles and cousins including special cousin Katy Bench and very special friend Deb Mietelski.

Billy was an avid golfer and loved sharing a few soda pops after a round of golf with his brothers and his friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be announced and take place at a later date.  Memorial Contributions may be made to: Ricky Palermo Foundation  or to the Ronald McDonald House Charities, 333 Westmoreland Drive, Rochester, NY  14620. Erna was and will always be a friend I think about daily. I’m sure she is welcoming you now home to her arms. Bless you all as you go through some tough days and times now.
