Kathleen “Kathy” Ann McGowan ~ September 5, 2021

Livonia:  At age 72, Kathy passed away on Sunday, September 5, 2021 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY.  She was born in Rochester, NY to the late Charles and Elizabeth McGrath.  Kathy is predeceased by her son Robert McGowen. Survived by her husband; Robert McGowan Sr., her sons; Matthew McGowan, William McGowan, Ray Zoroufie, and her brother John McGrath, along with her 4 grandchildren; Robert, Mackenzie, Tyler, and Ethan.

  10. I’m so sorry Bob, boys and all the rest. Kathy was a real favorite for my sister and I when were young. She was kind and fun and spent time with us when, as a teen, she had much better things to do. I remember we tried to copy her (to us) super cool way of dressing and speaking. She was a role model in other ways. As we got older we came to better understand her strength and deep commitment to family. I am so very sorry for your great loss.
