Springwater: At age 60, Kathi passed away peacefully at her home in Springwater with her family by her side, on Monday, February 1, 2021. She was born in Rochester, NY. Kathi is predeceased by her parents; Richard and Janet VanGeyten, by her son; Andrew T. Wehner, and her brother; Jim VanGeyten. Survived by her beloved husband of 20 years; Clyde Buchanan, her children; Brian (Amber) Wehner, Ashley (Lonnell) Cummings, Jacob Buchanan, Jeffrey Buchanan, Ethan Buchanan, and Mariah Buchanan, her grandchildren; Melodie, Savannah, Little B., Mike, Michael, Maria, and Bryanna along with several friends.

Friends and family are invited to call on Monday, February 8, 2021 from 3PM to 6PM at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home, 21 Big Tree Street in Livonia, where her funeral service will take place immediately following calling hours. Interment will take place on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at 11AM at Grove Place Cemetery on Chili Ave. in Rochester, NY.
